Arrive in Style Luxury Cars is a family run company based in Runwell Essex. With All Bases Covered On Your Special Day Our job is ensure the transportation of your wedding party goes smoothly. What do you get for your money? For a start, you will never be rushed as we only book one wedding per car per day. We offer one of the finest selections of Modern & Traditional Classic Wedding cars in the area to take you to your Wedding in Luxury and Style.
The pick up You will be advised on what time your wedding party should leave (depending on the distance to the ceremony venue), never the less to settle the Brides nerves, we will be outside ready to pick up the Bride and her Escort from their chosen location one hour before the time of the ceremony, a 2nd car (if booked) will do the same for the Bridesmaids etc..
The Church or Wedding Venue We then take a leisurely drive to the place of your Wedding Ceremony. If
you have also booked a car with us for the Groom and Best Man, the chauffeur
will be in touch with the other chauffeurs advising them of the correct timing
of your arrival.
All
our chauffeurs carry a mobile phone to keep them in contact with each other and
with those waiting at the ceremony venue (so we don't arrive too early).
The reception After the ceremony, we will wait for your photographs to be taken then, take the Bride and Groom to the reception; a 2nd car (if booked) will take bridesmaids etc. to the reception.
Civil Wedding In the case of a civil wedding where the reception is at the same venue as the ceremony, after your photographs, we can if they wish, take the Bride & Groom for a short ride giving them a moment to their selves, while the wedding guests make their way to the reception hall.
Our services will then be complete.
A traditional English Wedding would normally need the cars for around 3-4 hours or so. If it takes longer, so be it. We can give you a quote on an additional service to take the Bride & Groom to their first night hotel or to the airport. The cars come decorated with bows, ribbons and flowers and we will be happy to fit in with your colour theme where possible. We also have catered for the dreaded English weather, by having all cars carrying an umbrella. Even
our umbrellas match the colours of the cars. We are one of the very few luxury car company's who specialise in Weddings. We don't take our wedding cars out for Stag nights, Hen nights or even London Theatres or Night Clubs if the car is to be used for a wedding the day after. This means any of our cars you book will always be absolutely clean and free from any smell or sign of alcohol from the night before. Ours cars are regularly serviced and are kept in top condition by professional trained mechanics with no expense spared, but in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will always have a spare car available. We have always been a lover of classic cars and alike, we also have a love of giving value for money. Although our prices are already very competitive, now and again we have special offers. Do not be distracted by the low price, our services will remain at the the highest standards. The offers are normally advertised during the out of season wedding period, you can take advantage of the offer and book a car anytime during that year. But you must book whilst the offer is being advertised. The price you pay has no hidden extras, no added this or added that. Additional costs may apply when pick-ups are not
local to the venues or if the reception is not local to the ceremony, but
you are informed of any costs at the time of booking, not after. We can usually plan wedding transport to suit your budget, just give us a ring.
